TradeShop Terms of Service

1. Overview

TradeShop provides users with the ability to receive trade-in offers for golf equipment and exchange eligible items for cash, store credit, gift cards, or other payout methods offered through the platform.

All trade-in offers are subject to inspection and verification upon receipt of the submitted equipment.

2. Eligibility

By using TradeShop, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are the lawful owner of any equipment submitted for trade-in.
• The equipment is free from liens, theft claims, or other ownership disputes.
• All information provided to TradeShop is accurate and complete.

3. Trade-In Valuations

Trade-in values displayed on the platform are estimates based on information provided by the user.

Inspection and Final Valuation

All submitted equipment is subject to inspection upon receipt. TradeShop reserves the right to adjust, modify, or revoke any quoted value if:

• The condition of the item differs from the condition selected during submission.
• The item received differs from the description, model, specifications, quantity, or configuration provided by the user.
• The item is damaged, altered, counterfeit, incomplete, or otherwise not eligible for the originally quoted value.

If a value adjustment is necessary, TradeShop will notify the customer of the revised offer before payment is issued.

4. First 100 Trade-In Bonus Promotion

As a promotional offer, the first one hundred (100) completed trade-in submissions accepted by TradeShop may receive a ten percent (10%) bonus on the final approved trade-in value.

TradeShop reserves the right to:

• Determine eligibility for the promotion.
• Modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time.
• Exclude submissions that are canceled, rejected, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible.

The bonus applies only to qualifying trade-ins and has no cash value separate from the trade-in transaction.

5. Shipping Requirements

Users are responsible for shipping submitted equipment within the timeframe specified by TradeShop.

TradeShop reserves the right to:

• Requote or cancel offers for items received after an extended delay.
• Reject shipments that do not match the submitted trade-in request.
• Refuse items that are damaged during transit due to inadequate packaging.

Users are encouraged to retain shipping receipts and tracking information until the transaction is completed.

6. Payment Terms

Once equipment has been received, inspected, and approved, TradeShop will process payment using the payout method selected by the user.

Payment Timeline

TradeShop typically issues payment within seven (7) business days following receipt and inspection of the submitted equipment.

Actual processing times may vary due to:

• Volume of submissions.
• Verification requirements.
• Payment provider processing delays.
• Holidays or other circumstances outside of TradeShop's control.

TradeShop does not guarantee payment within a specific timeframe.

7. Rejected or Revised Offers

If TradeShop determines that an item does not qualify for the originally quoted value, the user may be presented with a revised offer.

If the revised offer is declined:

• TradeShop may return the item to the user at the user's expense; or
• TradeShop may provide alternative options as communicated during the review process.

Items abandoned for an extended period after notification may be disposed of in accordance with applicable law.

8. Prohibited Activity

Users may not:

• Submit stolen property.
• Misrepresent the condition or authenticity of equipment.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to manipulate pricing, promotions, or valuations.

TradeShop reserves the right to suspend accounts and reject transactions involving suspected fraud or abuse.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.

TradeShop's total liability for any claim relating to a trade-in transaction shall not exceed the final amount paid for the applicable transaction.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

TradeShop makes no guarantees regarding:

• Future trade-in values.
• Availability of promotions.
• Processing timelines.
• Compatibility with any specific equipment.

11. Changes to These Terms

TradeShop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
